Philippe is graduated from POLYTECH Lille, a French engineering school specialized in materials technologies. He complemented his technical back-ground by a master in business administration. He has held for more than 25 years senior positions in sales and general management as Profit Center Director or C.E.O
He has worked in industry sectors as metalworking, rubber, glassware, tabletop products, and equipment for wine and spirit producers.
He achieved his entire career in manufacturing companies for both consumer goods and technical branded products. The organization sizes he has managed had turnover from € 50 to € 150 Million and with workforce from 300 to 1,000 employees.
Philippe operated for international companies as HUTCHNINSON, DANONE, BORMIOLI ROCCO, OENEO, and ETABLISSEMENTS PEUGEOT FRERES.
He is acting as an executive interim manager since 2014. Beginning 2016, he got a trophy from the firm VALTUS as the best interim manager of the year (C.E.O. category) for his twelve months mission by PSP PEUGEOT.
The main characteristics of his professional career are:
- Strong international business experience : worldwide distribution networks, management of production units and sales subsidiaries in Europe, Australia and the U.S.A.;
- Active member of group executive committees within contexts of industrial, logistics, marketing and commercial reorganizations ;

- Double expertise in retail, specialized distribution networks, and B-to-B sectors ;
